Information You Choose to Provide

The Contact form asks for your name and email address and allows you to provide an optional message. Contact submissions are stored in the website’s WordPress administration area through Elementor so that the message can be reviewed and answered.

Kundalini Ceremony and Course Access

The Kundalini Activation Ceremony is the website’s only verified purchase and course Portal. When you follow that Portal, you leave this website and use Thinkific and its connected payment and security services, including Stripe and Google reCAPTCHA. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Current Website Scope

This V1.0 website does not offer a newsletter sign-up, public WordPress account registration, public comments, or an online store operated directly through this website.

If a newsletter or another data-collecting feature is enabled later, this notice and the related consent flow will be updated before collection begins.

External Platforms and Media

The Home page links to Divine Pathway content on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Blogs. Selecting an external platform takes you to that service, where its own terms and privacy practices apply. The current V1.0 pages do not embed those platform pages.

The Contact page loads Google Fonts. The Kundalini Activation Ceremony path uses an existing public landing page before entering Thinkific.

Cookies and Similar Technologies

The V1.0 Foundation pages use WordPress technologies needed for site operation. The external Kundalini course and payment path may use technologies required for account access, fraud prevention, security, checkout, and service delivery. Divine Pathway does not use an advertising Pixel on the V1.0 website.

How We Use and Share Information

We use Contact form information to read and respond to your message and to maintain the correspondence needed for that purpose. We do not sell Contact form submissions. We disclose information only to service providers involved in operating the website or responding to the request, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention, Access, and Requests

No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured for Contact submissions. We keep information only as needed for the purposes described above and for operational or legal needs. To ask about your information, request access or correction, or raise a privacy concern, contact the Privacy Officer at connect@divinepathway.ca.

Changes to This Notice

We may update this Privacy Policy when the website’s features or data practices change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
